Digital Transformation team

The Digital Transformation team was responsible for Result 10 and RealMe. Result 10 is the Better Public Services result responsible for ensuring that New Zealanders can complete their transactions with government easily in a digital environment. RealMe provides a login as well as a ‘digital passport’ for a world where people increasingly interact with government and businesses online.

Other work the team did included bringing agencies together to deliver simpler, seamless, end-to-end services around important life events for users, and ensuring that a ‘service design’ approach is taken up across government, which puts users at the centre of the work we do. The team blogged about the work they did and how it will help New Zealanders get their stuff done.
